I have taught classes in many spas and studios in NYC, as well as training one on one with celebrities including Benjamin Netanyahu, Steven Tyler and NY Yankees Bernie Williams. I am available for one on one training with talent, and have a quick routine perfect for crew lunch breaks on set. Yoga is a great way to stay energized and relieve tension during long work days, and can help keep cast and crew focused and grounded.
